About Us
Thoughtware Technologies is a computer training, web development, and consulting services company based in Tallahassee, Florida. We provide training and services to most of the agencies and departments of the state of Florida government, to city and county governments, and to non-profit and for-profit companies and organizations of all sizes. We have many years experience in the computer and training industries. 
A significant focus of our early work has centered on accessibility, ensuring that web content is usable and accessible by all, including persons with disabilities. Our work in this area includes providing training classes, consulting services, and web development projects. We offer a broad range of computer training classes, specializing in web development, programming, and database topics.
We teach standards-compliant, accessible development techniques that integrate creativity and visual appeal with state of the art technology. The spectrum of courses we offer is broad and growing, based on the needs of our clients and on the skill set, repertoire, and ingenuity of our instructors. Any Thoughtware training class can be delivered on-site at your location, anywhere in the world.
One of our popular courses, Web Site Accessibility, teaches web designers, developers, and other web professionals the skills and techniques involved in creating accessible web content and applications. The overwhelming demand for this course has been encouraging and exciting.
Teaching this course has spurred increased demand for many of our other courses, such as our new Creating Accessible PDFs course, our newly revised Web Development with Cascading Style Sheets course, and many classes in standards-compliant web development with xhtml, DreamWeaver, CSS, and JavaScript. We teach the entire Adobe / Macromedia Web Suite of development tools. We also have several new courses in the area of accessibility currently under development.

Bob Ahern - Bob is the founder of Thoughtware Technologies. He is a certified instructor who teaches an extensive cross section of training classes covering most of the course topics offered by our company.
David Kelly - David has joined us at Thoughtware Technologies to conduct all of our ESRI ArcGIS courses. He is the only instructor in the north Florida area who is authorized to teach this extensive list of courses.
