HTML and the new standard XHTML are the basic underlying language of web pages and web sites.  In this course, you will learn to create complete websites using basic and advanced techniques and web design skills.  Topics to be discussed include tags and attributes, images, colors, backgrounds, the creation of hyperlinks, visual editors and code editors, and an introduction to HTML tables.  The topics of web site accessibility and adherence to web coding standards are also integrated into the course materials and hands-on exercises.
